Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of allyoucanbuild.com and the free events, programs, emails, and text messages offered by All You Can Build Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our site, registering for an event, or joining a program, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Education only, not advice
Everything we provide is general real estate development education. Nothing in our trainings, programs, emails, messages, or materials is financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or real estate brokerage advice, and we are not acting as your advisor, broker, or fiduciary. Talk to qualified, licensed professionals about your own situation before making any decision.
No guaranteed results. We do not promise or guarantee any income, profit, property outcome, or other result. Real estate development involves significant risk, including the loss of money. Your results depend on your own effort, experience, market, capital, and many factors outside our control. Any dollar figures, deals, or stories we share are illustrative examples, not typical results or a promise of what you will achieve.
Raising money. Raising money from investors can involve federal and state securities laws. Anything we teach about capital or partnerships is educational; consult a securities attorney before offering any investment to others.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, register for events, or sign up for text messages.
Events and live masterclasses
Free events are offered at no cost. Dates, times, content, and speakers may change, and we may reschedule or cancel an event; we will use the contact details you gave us to let you know. Access links are for your personal use only, so please do not share them. We may remove anyone who is disruptive, abusive, or promotes their own offers without permission. Live sessions may be recorded; by attending, you agree that your name, questions, and chat messages may appear in a recording.
Text message terms
Program. All You Can Build sends text messages to people who opt in on our forms. Non-marketing messages cover your masterclass registration, event reminders, and updates. Marketing messages, which require a separate consent, cover special offers, trainings, and program updates.

When you register or sign up, you agree to receive emails about the event and about our trainings, programs, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Our content
All content we provide, including trainings, recordings, slides, the BUILD Method™, worksheets, templates, and text, is owned by All You Can Build Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial education. You may not record, copy, resell, redistribute, publicly share, or create courses or products from our content without our written permission.
Paid programs
If you buy a paid program, the price, payment terms, refund terms, and any guarantee will be shown to you at checkout and in any enrollment agreement. Those terms apply in addition to these Terms of Service.
Third-party services
Our services use and may link to third-party tools, such as video meeting and payment platforms. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer of warranties
Our site, events, and materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, All You Can Build Inc. and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost investments, or property losses, arising from your use of our services or any decision you make based on our education. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All You Can Build Inc. and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of our services, your violation of these terms, or your own business or investment decisions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
